APPLEJACK JULEP

RECIPE

  • 4CL HELSINKI APPLEJACK
  • 1CL SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 3–4 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
  • 6–8 MINT LEAVES

Add the mint leaves, syrup and bitters into julep glass, and using the end of a barspoon, gently press them together. Add some crushed ice and stir. Add the Applejack and top with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
