4CL HELSINKI TYRNIPONTIKKA 1,5CL SIMPLE SYRUP
8CL FILTER COFFEE
2 DASHES CHOCOLATE BITTERS 1 BS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
FLOAT
LIGHTLY WHIPPED CREAM

Add chocolate chips, simple syrup and Helsinki Tyrnipontikka to glass. Add bitters and pour the coffee over the back of a spoon so that it floats. Repeat this step with the cream. Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
